- Medical assistance : calling to the Call Center multilingual of MET and communicating your MilanoCard number, you will receive medical care, send a doctor at hotel, addressing and / or hospital at major public and private health facilities in Milan.
The main characteristic of the Travel Health by MET service is the management of each individual case by a medical organization that has been working for over 20 years in the area of Travel Medicine. As such, the Travel Health team is specialized in the resolution of the healthcare issues and problems of travellers and tourists, offering such solutions rapidly, with competence, and courtesy.

Activating the service is very simple:
1- Buy MilanoCard and "MET services "below or in the section of pre-charge card
2-You will receive an email with your code card that you communicate with your name, surname and date of birth, email address we provide to you. At this point your "Met Service" will open on the first day of your arrival in Milan.
