FOR HOW MANY TIME THE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION IS FREE?
With 3 days MilanoCard you will able to use all public transport from first convalidation to the same hour of the third day (48h) and you have a h24 medical assistance multilanguage for free. Showing your cards at the entry of museums, restaurants and the other services, your will benefit of many discounts.

HOW MANY MONEY CAN I SAVE USING THE MilanoCard?
With a normal use of MilanoCard you can save up to 75€ for each card. See the section saving on the web site.

THE CARD IS PERSONAL AND FOR THE CHILDREN I NEED IT?
Yes the MilanoCard is personal and not transferable, for the children under 10 years is free.

CAN I RECEIVE THE CARDS AT MY HOME ADDRESS ?
No, the MilanoCard will be deliver to your arrival airport or at Milan Central Station. After the payment you will able to choose your arrival place from the confirmation page that appaer clicking on "return to MilanoCard" at the end of the payment.

I HAVE ALREADY BOUGHT THE CARD BUT I HAVE NOT CONFIRMED MY ARRIVAL, HOW CAN I DO?
Please check in your e-mail after 10 minutes from the payment, if you have not filled out the form of confirmation, you have received an e-mail from our booking center with a link from which you can confirm your cards.

I HAVE CONFIRMED MY CARDS BUT I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHERE I CAN COLLEC THE CARD.
Please check in you e-mail, you have recieved an e-mail with the details to collect the cards.

I BOUGHT THE CARDS VIA VOUCHER (ex: expedia, raileurope etc etc) WHERE CAN I COLLEC THE CARDS?
The cards bought from expedia, and the tour operator affiliated with expedia, are collectable at Piazza Castello at Autostradale Office. If you prefer to receive thecards at your arrival airport or at Milan Central Station, you canbuy the "Speedy arrival service" from www.milanocard.it/milanocart . For the voucher of RailEurope the pick up point it at Milan Central Station http://www.milanocard.it/raileurope.html

I WANT TO GO TO SEE THE "LAST SUPPER" HOW CAN I DO?
With MilanoCard you have two option, the first is to buy the tickets with 5% from our web site in the page of the "Last Supper" but there are no many tickets particulary if you want to book closer to your arrival date. The second option is to buy the "LookMi tour" that included the visit to the Last Supper, 10% off with MilanoCard. To book this tour please write to info@milanocard.it

buy+on+call+enWe give you the possibility to buy the MilanoCard by phone or via skype, calling our booking center you will have the support of the our team that will help you to make the payment and to have all the information abou the MilanoCard and the services available in Milan with MilanoCard.

The service is available Monday-Friday 09.00-14.00 and 15.00-18.30. Saturday 09.00-12.30 (Italy Time). The service is in English, Spanish and Italian.
