The La Scala Theatre Museum

The La Scala Theatre Museum is one of Milan’s most important museums. It was founded in 1913 in the city’s historic La Scala Theatre in Milan, and preserves the history of theatre through its collection of instruments, portraits, busts, clothing and documents.

From the halls of the museum, you can also admire the theatre itself, the great work of architect Giuseppe Piermarini.
