Cruise on Navigli channels Milan

Navigli is the ancient channel system of Milan, drew by Leonardo da Vinci. You can make a mini cruise on the Navigli – fashionable area of Milan – towards the “conche”. From Milan, you can visit SanCristoforo, the "Darsena" (the ancient dock of Milan), the "Conchetta" (a navigation basin) and then come back. The best moments to take the Navigli tour are at Christmas time, with all the lighting and decorations, and during spring, when colors are bright and cheery.

At spring time, you can also make a tour of "Ville del Naviglio" (Navigli's villas), a fascinating guided tour along a stretch of the Grand Canal (The Naviglio Grande). This tour allows you to discover the Cistercian Abbey of Morimondo, to have lunch in a restaurant overlooking the Abbey and then to visit Cuggiono and the 18th-century Villa Annoni and its wonderful park, one of the most important examples of neoclassical architecture.
