After the online payment you will be redirected to a landing page where will be able to set your arrival date. Then you'll receive another email with all the instructions regarding how to pick up your card.

The pick up point is located in piazza San Gioachimo (at the corner of via Fabio Filzi), Milan. It is an automatic machine installed on a green kiosk. This automatic machine works every day, at any time except between 10 and 11 PM. You will able to redeem your travel card whenever you prefer.. even if you arrive late at night!
How to redeem your travel card:
- Go to the automatic machine on the green kiosk
- Enter the booking ID received via email (you can find this booking ID in the confirmation email)
- Enter the email address used while making the purchase
- Activate the Card
