The Poldi Pezzoli house-museum is an art collection created thanks to the passion of the milanese art collector Gian Giacomo Poldi Pezzoli, one of the most refined art collectors of the 19th century. Opened to the public in 1879, it  displays the most beautiful and authentic works of Lombard, Florentine and Venetian paintings by Artists such as Mantegna, Piero della Francesca, Botticelli, Raffaello and Tiepolo, together with a lot of jewelry, porcelain, glass, furniture and furnishing, and a room full of armors and arms.
